Experience:
I am a confident and competent therapist who has worked for over thirty years in a caring and supportive role.

It seemed a natural progressive step for me to move towards person-centred therapy where I could enhance and deepen the key attitudes and values of being empathic, accepting and genuine with others.  These are not ways of being that I have learned from a textbook, but rather developed from my own self-awareness which is core to being an effective counsellor.
I have experience of short and long term therapeutic work with many different issues for both men and women from 18 years to 80 years.
